| 簡介內容 | Heisei International University was founded in 1996 and is dedicated to creating leadership in a new age, providing the most current and comprehensive preparation possible for students interested in law. Faculty and staff are focused on students, offering personal attention and individual academic advising for students interested in advancing their academic careers in a challenging university environment.

HIU has state of the art facilities and top professional athletic coaches and trainers. Facilities include the newly opened soccer field as well as the recently completed baseball stadium, an indoor batting and pitching practice range.
HIU's campus, comprised of artistically designed brick buildings and sculptures, state of of the art sports arenas as well as a traditional Japanese garden and pond, is located in rural Kazo City, Saitama, with easy access to the Greater Tokyo Metropolitan area.
